Essex & East Anglia region has become immensely popular due to the close proximity to London, over the decades the area has become one of the most thriving & dynamic parts of the United Kingdom with large multi national companies setting up their businesses in the region, they have thrived due to the local workforce, who can enjoy this picturesque & stunning part of the country.

Essex became an essential part of the route from Norfolk and Suffolk to London, making Essex an important staging post along the much-used road, as can be seen from the numerous inns and hostelries which served the area.

Essex grew in popularity during Victorian times when a rail link to London was built. In the late 19th century, Kings Seeds put Essex firmly on the map as a pioneering centre for seed growing and for the production of vegetable and flower seeds, notably sweet peas. The A12 was built in the 1960’s which diverted the ever-increasing volume of traffic, thereby relieving the pressure on the area.
